Building an Enabling Environment for Sustainable Development (BESD) Project is seeking for one consultant/specialist to:
- Explore funding management mechanism for PES (e.g. existing and other mechanism for PES)
- Design PES fund management mechanism for PES schemes in Phnom Kulen and Kbal Chay
- Establish baseline for PES schemes in Phnom Kulen and Kbal Chay
- Design PES monitoring plan/framework for PES schemes in Phnom Kulen and Kbal Chay
- Draft policy recommendations for national PES policy development
