Integrated Natural Resource Management (INRM) in the Productive, Natural and Forested Landscape of Northern Region of Cambodia
The INRM/Ministry of Environment project, under Global Environment Fund (GEF) is launching a Call for Proposals for granting to Identified and Small Grant Partner(s) with the aim to be achieved through three inter-related components that are focussed on addressing existing barriers, these are:
- Component 1: Systemic and institutional capacity for integrated landscape management;
- Component 2: Effective management of Protected Areas and surrounding riparian and multiple use production landscape in Northern Cambodia;
- Component 3: Knowledge management, gender mainstreaming, learning and M&E.
The project will be implemented over a maximum 36-month period based on the principles. (See Call for Grant Proposal Guideline).
The focus of the project will be the three protected areas, namely the Kulen Promtep Wildlife Sanctuary (KPWS), Phnom Kulen National Park (PKNP) and Angkor Wat Protected Landscape (AWPL), serve as the headwaters for the watersheds, namely Stung Sen, Stung Staung and Stung Siem Reap in the three provinces of Siem Reap, Preah Vihear and Kampong Thom.
This grant is open to sub-national government, development partners, academic institutions, local community and private sectors. The Applicant(s) must be based in Cambodia, particularly in the three target provinces namely Siem Reap, Preah Vihear and Kampong Thom.
The grant allocation for identified partner(s) will be between USD50,000 to USD100,000.
The grant allocation for small grant partner(s) will be less than USD20,000.
The number of awards will be determined according to the budget available for grant and selecting criteria (for Identified and Small Grant Project Partner(s) only).

Small Grant Partner(s): refer to local communities, indigenous groups, sub-national government, non-profit organization, private sector, and academic institutions who apply for INRM granting project less than USD20,000 and implement the output-based modality.
